Each King Cake follows that signature, secret ingredient - handcrafted daily, utilizing European techniques, without preservatives, for a fresh and tasteful Danish-style Cake. It is filled with a signature Creole Cream Cheese [and either a custom chocolate spread or strawberry preserves]. ALL are crowned with fluffy White Icing with hints of Vanilla and Lemon and a Royal procession of traditional Mardi Gras trinity of sugars - gold for power, green for faith, purple for justice - and a fourth color, depicting the specific cake’s flavor. A lil' something extra - a Tiny Plastic Baby, Mardi Gras Beads, and a festive Card providing the history of the King Cake are included in the colorful, decorative box.
